  • Your policy requires that the "Named Insured" field reads exactly as the title to your home. If you choose to purchase a homeowners policy with us, you will be able to enter the complete Named Insured and ensure that it matches your ownership documents, such as what appears on your Fideicomiso, or deed.

    A receipt, the declaration page, and the terms and conditions of your Mexican Insurance policy along with a link and a user ID and Password that allows you to retrieve these items. By following this link you may log back into the site to perform the following functions with the username and password we emailed you upon the purchase of your Mexico insurance online policy:

    2.Cancel/Void your policy

  • What if I need to cancel my Mexican Insurance coverage?
  • All Mexican Insurance cancellation requests must be received in writing. You can complete our cancelation form, email us at mexico@Mexpro.com or submit a fax to 928-779-7221. Include your name, policy number, reason for cancellation and your contact information. Our expert customer service team will contact you with your request status.
  • What is refunded on a policy if I choose to cancel?
  • 1. Prior to policy being effective – flat cancel, if buying again, you will receive a full refund less half the policy fee.
    2. Policy in effect – All policies are pro-rated per the terms and conditions of the policy as described below. No fee is refunded.

    Cancellation request by the Insured
    The contract shall be deemed terminated in advance as of the date on which the Company is notified in writing of the cancellation request. The Company shall be entitled to a premium payment as may correspond in conformity with the short term insurance rates specified in the following table:
    • Up to 1 month - 20%
    • Up to 1.5 months - 25%
    • Up to 2 months - 30%
    • Up to 3 months - 40%
    • Up to 4 months - 50%
    • Up to 5 months - 60%
    • Up to 6 months - 70%
    • Up to 7 months - 75%
    • Up to 8 months - 80%
    • Up to 9 months - 85%
    • Up to 10 months - 90%
    • Up to 11 months - 95%

    For the coverage against Hydro Meteorological Risks, regardless of the contract Policy Period, the parties agree that the contract may be terminated in advance of the termination date by means of a notice given in writing to the Company if the Insured terminates the contract; in such event, the Company shall be entitled to such a portion of the Premium as may correspond to the period during which the insurance was in force, in conformity with the following short term insurance rates (as percentage of the annual premium).
    • Up to 1 month - 35%
    • Up to 3 months - 65%
    • Up to 5 months - 95%
    • More than 5 months - 100%

  • Yes. We offer both short-term and long-term, annually renewable Mexico Watercraft liability policies.
  • What limits of insurance can I purchase?
  • Our Mexico Boat Liability policies include coverage options ranging from $50,000 per person to $500,000 per accident. Our policies cover you for damages done to third parties, including other vessels, docks, marinas, etc. We do not provide coverage for damages done to your owned watercraft, nor medical payments for you nor your passengers. We strictly provide Mexico Liability coverage for damages to third parties for which you are legally liable.
